Executive Director Michael Stein on Momentum Boost

Fifteen percent of the world’s population lives with a disability, yet we are still a ways from being truly inclusive. Join us as we turn to Executive Director of the Ruderman Family Foundation Shira Ruderman, Co-founder and Executive Director of the Harvard Law School Project on Disability Professor Michael Stein, and Chief Executive Officer of Gateways: Access to Jewish Education Tamar Davis to hear their insights on how to destigmatize disability and to gain practical and powerful tools for creating inclusive communities. This Momentum Boost is in partnership with the Ruderman Foundation.

Shira Ruderman

Shira Ruderman is a professional philanthropist and social activist. She serves as the Executive Director of the Ruderman Family Foundation.

Tamar Davis

Tamar Davis is the Chief Executive Officer of Gateways: Access to Jewish Education. As a person born with a disability and the daughter of a rabbi, Tamar is keenly aware of the value of volunteerism and advocacy within and on behalf of the Jewish community.

Professor Michael Stein

Professor Michael Stein is the co-founder and Executive Director of the Harvard Law School Project on Disability, and a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School since 2005. He is considered one of the world’s leading experts on disability law and policy.

Adrienne Gold Davis

Adrienne was a Canadian television personality specializing in fashion, style, and beauty for almost two decades before becoming a senior lecturer and community liaison at the Village Shul in Toronto, as well as an international Jewish educator. Adrienne has appeared on all major Canadian television networks and has served as the event host for dozens of charities and organizations.

Adrienne and her husband live in Toronto and have two sons.
